Bruh, what!! I was thinking about where I was gonna have to move next year when my rent inevitably goes up AGAIN next year on top of having to start back paying on my loans, so this was a God send!

the $10K isn't being cancelled...it's just being transferred to taxpayers picking up the tab...including those who fully paid off their student loans and those that never went to college.
You know what else tax payers paid for? PPP loans that small "businesses" got to bail them out during the pandemic.
I didn't get a PPP loan that I can recall. 
I can also give you a long list of companies that had to have the government bail them out during the last recession. A lot of whom I have never consumed or had render services.

To date no Student Loan Forgiveness was issued. It was blocked in the Courts as being an unconstitutional abuse of executive power. aka Creating legislation by executive order.
Currently US Supreme Court is hearing the Case. Biden's executive order may be impinging on Congressional Authority. Loan forgiveness would first need to be legislated by Congress than signed by the President. Biden is trying to use a Loophole of previous passed legislation fashioned for Solder's benefit. Legislation that has very specific conditions to meet before the President can act on it. Student Loan is not mentioned in the specificity requirement.
Biden knew it wouldn't pass muster. It was a Campaign promise that would only survive through the election. aka They lied to get votes and some voters fell for it.
So much of this is complete BS. Learning how the Government works helps spotting BS from the start. After that can watch the circus of lies and machinations unfold.
