Why are people shocked that Sunoo is mistreated by the members/outcast? It's been this way since i-land

In I-land Sunoo was the outcast and dark horse.....

The only reason he got through is because he has a huge solo fandom that would vote really hard for him, that's what made him the extra pick

For people who didn't watch the show Sunoo was the member who was always voted grounder by the other trainees.

This is why the groups dynamic is always weird and rubs people the wrong way, Sunoo was never the person the other members wanted to debut with and personally I suspect jealousy had something to do with it.

Sunoo was also never liked by the producers but because of his popularity he was picked as the producers choice.

With these reasons of course his fans will feel very protective over him considering what he went through.

Reeks of jealousy to me. Visually and personality wise he's the only one that stood out to me in midhyphen.

Imagine being such a loser to speculate that someone is jealous of someone. They have nothing to be jealous of. Only a crazy akgae would say 6 people are somehow jealous of one member out of nowhere.

Yeah and even those Hybe pds weren't found of him, they used to him backhanded compliments and those boys used to eliminate him without any reason. I prefer PD series in this aspect because trainees in that show had a healthy relationship (atleast in front tog camera) and didn't have liberty to eliminate contestants.

K had more votes because people thought sunoo would make it anyways. That’s why they didn’t vote for him as much as before. Sunoo always had the highest ranking (nr 1 always) and way higher than K who was usually around 6. it would make sense if the producers kept that in mind.

Sunoo made it into Enhypen because of his huge individual fanbase during the show.

It was obvious that the producers didn't expect him to become as popular as he did and if the Enhypen members had been chosen by the producers alone I doubt he would have made the final lineup. During the final they chose him over K not because they liked him more or thought he was better but because they were afraid of the backlash if they didn't.

And anyone who payed attention during the show could tell he wasn't as close with the other members. Heeseung, Sunghoon and Jay was friends before the show, especially Heeseung and Sunghoon were clearly close. Jake and Sunghoon immediately clicked. All the older members seem to love Jungwon (he was chosen as the leader for a reason). Niki mostly hanged out with the other J-trainees but got along with the rest and it was clear that they respected him because of his dance skills. Even after Niki was sent to the Ground the I-landers kept talking about him and how good his dancing was during performances etc.

They never fought or anything but it was clear that Sunoo didn't have much in common with the rest. And considering that Sunoo was voted out by the other I-landers twice they didn't consider him especially talented either.

Disclaimer: I think Sunoo is talented and am happy he debuted in Enhypen. He's one of the members that suit their Vampire concept the best too.

Sunoo had a weverse live last week with the member you accused of bullying him and they looked like they're having fun. Maybe if you don't know idol's friendship dynamic, it's better to shut up and stop over analyzing everything.
