The mayor of Busan requests the Pres' Office for alternative service for BTS

I won't say anything about this topic till some concrete decisions are made.... Just don't bash BTS over this and I'm good....

i wish they resolve this already. everyone and their mother have been asking for alternative military service and nothing is happening. i'm tired of it

I'll just wait until there's is a final decision.

I feel like there are lots of politics going around bc not only they just have new campaigns with Samsung and Hyundai, they also JUST extended their contract with Seoul tourism (I SEOUL U).

Okay. Let's say miraculously the government gave them the exemption...after this, then what?

BTS will be heavily scrutinize by the korean public especially the knetz incels whenever BTS did something. More pressure, more burnout. Plus, the government will just make BTS their official 'puppets'.

Just give 'special' alternatives like shortening their military. Maybe just go for a year instead of 18 months? In this way, the backlash is not severe.
