the questions is what is the truth?

there's never anything mildly resembling the truth in any situation

no court in history has ever purported to reveal the truth...

everybody is biased even when they try not to be since there could be so many things that affect what an individual's recollection of events are...

we have stories/ events / sides / that purport to reveal evidence about the truth and it's up to us to determine the validity and credibility of that (or not)
