tbh i think its wierd that people are dogpiling new jeans to this extent for the ages. ive was in a similar situation but as soon as eleven blew up it was mute on leeseo. she debuted at like literally the sazme age as hyein, no? ti get that the min heejin thing stirred up a lot of people, and the cookie lyrics are controversial among ifans. but im just confused what people actually think will happen. that hybe will fire adors ceo? that they'll cancel the groups debut and wait years for them to all be adults? the truth is kpop dem audience is young people. debuting young idols is a problem bc the industry is dangerous for young people in many ways, but you have to understand as an adult consuming content that is sometimes literally made for korean minors, that they're going to debut minors to appeal to them. i think thats how ive come to term with the fact that minors will keep debuting despite criticism. i think after this generation i'll be done with most new groups completely

Everyone knows why people are having an issue with all things Newjeans. Minors debut as singers in every country. I really wished people actually cared about minors debuting because they truly cared about the dangers minors are exposed to in the industry but they're not. Not with the rude and vile things so many say about those same minors when they do better than their faves or they feel they've gotten too much shine...
