Knowing that when they debut, people will look for some excuse to throw around about how that group shouldn't be liked or have an opportunity in the industry, just because they think that everyone in our society should follow their moral and ethic codes, and if they don't, they think they have the right to choose who should be able to debut and shouldn't, who should be able to work in the industry and who shouldn't, how an artist should sound, which kind of art should people consume and which shouldn't.
I don't understand how someone can feel they are above everyone, and their morals are the ones people should follow, and they have the right to decide about the lives of those people who don't think alike.
I was already disappointed with k-pop fans, the industry and BTS, when people, who weren't even fans, decided they had the right to tell an artist that they should change a song because they didn't agree with the use of a sampler, and then the artist agreed to change it.
It has always happened, but these problems are bigger thanks to social media and the growth of k-pop, even today there's people who are going around internet saying how people shouldn't listen to BP, Twice, BTS, EXO, Suju... because they did something they don't like, but at least they have people who like them and want to listen to them and can support them.
But what about new groups, they don't have anyone and just can be victims from kids that want to dictate how things should be.
We have an industry that follows kids and adults (with children minds) orders even when they aren't fans of the group they want to bring down.
Who are you to tell people how they should live their life? Who are you to destroy someone's dream and play with their income? Are you really above from people?
I already know some comments will be pathetic, idc.
