I just finished listening to the whole thing
I thought Hope World raised the bar high but wow, j-hope really outdid himself with this project. "Jack in the Box" is perfect from start to finish, embodying the old-school hip-hop vibe together with the sound that he has established for himself with Hope World, and even with sprinkles of some older BTS songs (in particular Safety Zone).
The entire album is a journey, and every track feels well-placed in its tracklist. Every song stands out on its own, and they're the ultimate proof that a track doesn't have to be 4 or 5 minutes long to make its point across.
My expectations were already up there after "More", but this was even better than I expected.
Congrats to Hoseok and everyone involved in the production of this album
