Is Sm too pushy for a western validation?

No, but you seem to be pushy for AKP validation
What's wrong with companies wanting to push their talents? They're doing their job? My fave's company can't even be expected to do much, and so many of my fellow Blinks are complaining. Granted, the marketing company isn't executing SM's vision properly (nor understanding the target market in the US) but what is wrong with trying?

Stick to whining about China bulk buy

I don't think so.
But I will say that Aespa sold more then 500k albums for GIRLS in Korea in only the first week. I don't think any girl group has achieved that and it really shows their huge fanbase there. I hope SM doesn't prioritize the US over Korea too much, because Aespa can hit new heights never seen before for girl groups in Korea if promoted right.

Sm doesn't want western validation, they want western fame. They don't care whether or not people like aespa. Clearly with the English song they gave aespa they don't have a clue on what the west wants. SM just wants Hollywood. Fame. Fortune. They couldn't give a crap about people actually liking their groups. They just want their name to make it big. To replace BTS, or hybe, and to compete with them. Western validation is more up Hybe's valley.
