That's a myth and unless someone has metabolic disease it doesn't fall off as much as people think
thats pretty much what i meant
many people talk like metabolism just dies from dieting but it does not, it just adapts

the thing is you need to actually eat to lose weight thanks to dieting
that whole starvation is overall bullshit
which makes you later bloated and brings yoyo effect to ya ass
main problem that I see is that most of them just 'cut' most of calories for week or two
instead of doing it in healthy way in longer time, and later just get used to the fact that you can eat big amounts of food which is good for your body and actually keep your weight low, and even build muscles
Jungkook only drank water for 5 days prior to filming butter mv, he wanted to look good, as he said.
During their grammy stay RM said on vlive that jungkook's diet is really intense. he didn't specified what it was and tbh don't want to know
They talk about it with such ease, like it's a normal thing
oh man that kinda of thing can land you in hospital
A big problem is fans expecting them to have teenage bodies even when they are grown up
I think the extremist I heard SHINee talk about was Taemin's one meal a day and Onew and Key's keto diet.
Agreed. Sorry for the late reply, bad internet sucks. She talks about it a bit here. It's real and I'll probably never forgive anyone involved for having someone so young do such an extreme diet just to debut.

I think forcing diets on minors should be illegal
unless they have some serious health issue and they need to eat specific things

I second this, it really should be.

momo was 19 at twice's debut right??literally wtf....her life could be at danger and suffer long term damage from this
I forget, I'd have to Google Search it, but that sounds about right. I know, and yet somehow JYP still had her do it anyway! 7kg in a week, that should be illegal, and for someone who is either a minor or just barely an adult on top of that too.
So do I. Sadly, I think I saw one or two videos that tried to copy it with while I was looking up the video I linked.
