Excuses. Wait till BP holds a concert there, even with short notice.

Scalpers in the first date + short notice + no promo elsewhere outside aespa social media. Recession is coming US inflation data came out this week soared to highest level in 40 years much higher than everyone expected. US citizen are screwed they have other things to worry about than attending a showcase right now.
Twice disnt seem to have an issue selling out 9 dates in far larger venues.
Ateez also had a successful tour in the US. Stray Kids have a much much bigger tour thats selling well.
BTS sold like crazy. Check Touring Data too and you'll see many western stars having no issue selling out much larger venues.
Why the excuse making? SM gonna have to dump these at absolite bottom dollar. Already shocking they cant sell out like 2k tickets for day 2. The venue is tiny.

yes not even 2 years old aespa is the same level with twice , stray kids and Bts in US
The showcase still 1 week away. Why are you guys making conclusion so early? I believe SM is not stupid especially about their money, remember LSM is king of tax evasion. SM already knows how much aespa demand in US.

How are they able to sell 1+ million albums then?
I read plenty of their stans bragging about outdoing twice and bp. If 400k fans wanted to buy japanese showcase, I'm sure they can sell out domes too. Plus they did chart well on bb 200 with their debut album
It must not be hard for them to sell 2k tickets

Such awful people in this forum

Resale tickets are expected to be sold for 250 dollars. 25 dollars for tickets must be the new low for k-pop. Aespa and sm always manage to ruin kpop's reputation in the us.
Yes. They sectioned off the other floors. So they're doing 9000 seats overall.
They did the same for superm in o2 arena. Only sold tickets for low tier and called the show sold out. It was embarrassing to be there for me but taemin ate so no regrets.
Ow, I thought they would be doing stadiums and arenas.
They can't even sell 9k tickets. Their fans only buy albums because they cost less than 10 dollars.

They have to sell out now with 25 dollar tickets. Otherwise it would be embarrassing.

Let's see if sm books a dome for them with 400k people interested in them. We know it's mediaolay but sm booking 4k capacity venue will be funny to watch.

You are ignoring the fact that aespa has bigger fanbase in asia than US but that doesn't mean they don't have fans because unfortunately US economy has been going through the worst recession in 40 years right now. You couldn't expect the fans to just booking everything in such a short time knowing the delicate economy situation + soaring gas price that has never been this high in their country. You need to following news around the world instead obessing about Kpop numbers only. This is important news actually because if US going through recession the rest of the world economy will fu##ed up too.

Not the point. I'm talking about respectively those groups sold out with almost no issue. Aespa are playing 1.5 shows lol. In a tiny venue. why should we pander to the ridiculous excuse of 'inflation' making the tickets not sell when the aforementioned groups sold uopt their appropriately sized venues in the same economic situation?
I don't expect Aespa to be playing arena's and stadiums in the US-the point is their tiny venue shouldn't have issues selling out. It's 1 show and a half show tacked on. It ain't some big theater tour or arena tour. Come on now.

I just checked the current resellers prices in the site and at social media and this is a big lie. The cheapest one was $60 but most prices were 3 digits. The prices indeed got lower, no one denying it but don’t lie. And I assure you I can find other kpop groups tickets drop prices to that extent by resellers if I was as desperate at hating.
Resellers started with $2000 which was crazy because it is just showcase where they perform only 4-5 songs. No one sane would buy that for that amount but obviously resellers didn’t know that.
I took recent screenshots of prices by resellers on Twitter and on the website and you guys are deliberately exaggerating.

QuoteThey can't even sell 9k tickets. Their fans only buy albums because they cost less than 10 dollars.
You’re lying again. The 3 versions were regularly 11-16 dollars on all sites unless there was a temporary discount (currently there’s a new discount on ktown4u on all the versions). I am assuming you mean the digipak discounted to $9 on ktown right now but it didn’t cost that much when they announced the 1m preorders so stop crying about it. It still costs differently in other websites. And if I was as obsessed as you I would find all the discount deals for other groups. It’s not like when groups selling $7 on regular. aespa still sell 20-45 dollars on American websites and other that count for bb.
Speaking of that, “Their fans only buy albums because they cost less than 10 dollars”
All their 20-40 dollars versions sold out multiple times on platforms like Target, Walmart, and Ktown. Basically fans are buying more than you desperately trying to show. And if anything people like you say about SM “fraud ways” is that they over-ship the albums hence the “over-shipped” albums got sold out that the stores ran out of stock.

I swear I see a daja vu. the same people that lied and exaggerated about BP aka the biggest girl group in the world. aespa is sure successful.
They claimed they found Blackpink’s tickets “for $10” lol.

the average Kpop stan and especially the average Aespa Stan considering their concept is likely in their teens and definitely not worried about gas prices or the recession. if the economy was really an excuse, how the fuck is Aespa selling 1M+ albums ? Considering Chinese bars from what I've read on here did less than 500k, a good chunk of those sales must be from the US

Trust me the only ones ruining kpop reputation are hateful people like you who are literally obsessed with groups they don't like and spend time dragging them online.

When does aespa stan considering aespa concept for only for teens? Could you show me the receipts. Anons always creating fake narratives about aespa.
Nice logic because attending showcase is much easier than buying an album that you could purchase from your fingertips
