Interesting. Okay. Definitely seems like a lens is going to be shined on cultural expectations of women and possibly misogyny. Probably presented in a comedic, witty, and relatable way. Also makes me think that Ryan's role probably won't be that big in the film if she is coming to the @@@fb33722e-d6c6-46ba-abcd-021ebd43e3af@@@. Probably going to end up falling for some cynical brunette with a boyish smile.

I feel like Ryan is a bait and switch. Like Drew Barrymore was for Scream. She was on all of the posters and the biggest name on the whole movie, and she died in the first 5 minutes.

Who knows, Barbie might end up a lesbian or saying "I don't need anyone!" Either way, they have peaked my interest.
