What is the reason for treasure existence?

    So recently I’ve checked out treasure. And they are totally different from the usual yg group. Different concept, big group,better vocal and dance, fan servicey to the max and boy next door image.


    What is the reason for this??


    A. It’s a long term planned project and the company’s next step ( boo boring!)


    B. The underperformance of winner and ikon birthed treasure. The company didn’t want another bb clone to never surpass the original.


    C. The yg scandal birthed them. The yg brand is tainted and no longer can carry groups, therefore they debuted your average kpop boygroup and are playing by the rules of the kpop universe just like any other company.

    Before YG has used to debut groups with so few members. So many talented trainees haven't made it to debut YG has regretted because he has given chance to only few ones over the years. He has said the amount of talent & skills he has lost was enormous. So this time he has decided to give chance to more trainees, also after the YG treasure box his IG was flooded with people demanding eliminated trainees to debut so here is TREASURE. :wellr:

    They are the future of KPOP. Stan them for better life.

    oop- my protective instincts came in aha. But i meant everything I said. there's obviously a reason for why the debuted. Probably wanted to debut a fresh concept from the usual. Didnt he mention he always wanted to create another girl group like snsd? Not that treasure is a copy of them but he did show his intentions to create a more public friendly group?

    This could be said to any other group. Why are they different? Probably bc YGE saw how kpop is growing ww and having a group like Treasure would help them expand faster as they have a more friendly image that makes it easier to stan.

    You can't be this dumb to not understand such a logic thing. Business op, business.
