Do you keep up with DC movies? any DC universe expert?

I don't really keep up with them. Cause they are pretty much inconsistent and has so much repeats. And what's with #RestoreTheSnyderVerse hashtag didn't know Zack Snyder had so much fans. Last time I see Black Adam movie is coming and Rock is in it. I like the guy but idk how I feel about it, and plus he can't act so the director has to hard carry. Only decent DC movie is Wonder Woman so far but it is shameful that wonder woman 1984 was big disappointment. Though I have enjoyed Man of steel, Henry Cavill is literally best Superman. Shazam was not bad though its like kidz movie. Aquaman is mid but at least Momoa fit the role so well. Idek Justice League or BvS i dont even remember anything from those. Suicide Squad was huge disappointment. The Suicide Squad was literally like Marvel movie (obviously since James Gunn) so it was so out of place even though technically it was well made. But I prefer dark vibe of suicide squad. Harley Quinn solo movie mid. I guess Joker 2019 and The Batman 2022 are stand out films not in the universe. Joker was great. Havent watched The Batman though, but it has received critical acclaim so I guess its worth the watch.

All in all, DC is so messy, I don't even know whats going on and if there is any storyline? they keep repeating everything and I have seen sth like that euphoria guy is gonna be next superman? no Henry Cavill oppar the ultimate superman!!!

I like some of the casting. Gal is okay and obviously Joker and The Batman had some great acting. Loved Colin Farrell as Cobblepot(even if the movie didn't know what to do with the character) and I think the movies have some stand outs too.

I loved Peacekeeper and Suicide Squad 2. The Batman was okay and the Joker was excellent, even if it was just a colour way of Taxi Driver lol.

The Snyder Cut was decent, but still not great. Most Snyder movies come out with massive production issues anyway so it's no wonder the studio binned him off.

Even the DC comics have been shit for a few years too. Legit a few good runs of Green Arrow and a few issues of 2016 Batman along with Court of Owls have been good...the rest? Pure garb.

Peacemaker? didn't watch his tv series but seems like its good seeing the reviews. Zack Snyder isn't really great director, but most of his movies get into my guilty pleasure like 300, sucker punch etc. DC needs better director for the main projects. Oh I don't read dc comics also haven't watched its CW tv series like Arrow, Flash etc. I am just into feature films but it is frustrating that it is very inconsistent and there's not much unified plot to make me interest.

yeah they seem to rush things without proper plan, so it gets messy and they keep repeating hoping it gets on track itself when what they need is plan

They needed stronger director in their main projects. And actually I like DC to be dark and edgy. For example though Suicide Squad 2 was much better than Suicide Squad I didn't enjoy it much since it was so colorful, bright and comedic. (just felt like I am watching Marvel movie so it was nothing new)

they literally destined to fail somehow, just was going to reboot, actor got in controversy but they still keep releasing movies. So messy.

didn't know Noah Centino is playing atom smasher (what a lame name for superhero lmao) in Black Adam, I am too outdated with DC , I think of him as bad actor and his movies bad but lets see him in here, if this movie performs well he may have his breakthrough
