How do I get badges? Is the first badge free?

Not anymore I don't think

You have to purchase them in the shop for 250 akorns

At least for the first 4

Then its 500 akorns each

Once you've accumulated enough Akorns, purchase the badges from the Akorn Shop:

First 4 badges = 250 Akorns each

Badges after = 500 Akorns each

The first badge used to be free, but that has ended, unfortunately.
