    1. [+1,246, -24] China has banned any import of goods related to BTS because they commemorated those who died in the 625. Why can't we do the same to them?

    2. [+595, -10] If you don't want to hear it, then go make your money in China

    3. [+261, -2] Personal attacks on him are wrong but it's true that he's pro-China, no...?

    4. [+143, -9] Go back to your country if you don't want to hear it

    5. [+93, -1] He watched a hanbok performance and called it a Chinese tradition and now he's on SNS acting like he's the victim of racist attacks from Koreans ㅋㅋㅋ All the while acting like he's not fluent in Korean ㅋㅋㅋ He's got CHinese blood in him, I have nothing more to say

    6. [+54, -2] To all of you feeling bad for him, just go on YouTube and search up 'Henry pro-China'... he has crossed the line, and you'll realize that

    7. [+46, -0] Go work in China and get your love there. This is South Korea. China played a role in blocking the unifications of our Koreas and from the past till now, has given us so much pain. Please study your history before you act.

    8. [+43, -3] Just go to China. Just leave this country if you're staying here thinking that all you need to do is make your money and leave. We are not fools for you.

    9. [+39, -1] Well, sure. A Chinese person being pro-China is not surprising... but then you should be working in China, not here.

    10. [+35, -0] Henry, you are not wrong. It's just that Koreans have no interest in watching a Chinese celebrity supporting pro-China on our TV. We're asking you to stop working in Korea. Why should we be the ones feeling bothered by watching you on our screens?

    11. [+33, -1] I remember clearly you calling a hanbok "traditional Chinese culture"

    12. [+34, -3] You've betrayed us once, you'll betray us again. Chinese-Canadian? Just kick him out of this country and ban him like Steve Yoo.

  • He needs to choose his camp cause right now he is pissing off both side

He is gonna end up with no where to promote

  • Idc about him but claiming the hanbok performance a chinese tradition was such a clown move on his part and made him such a tool for chinese propaganda lmao, almost as bad as china claiming kimchi is a chinese food :clown:

  • lol what's the fuss with all these anti china comments? dude is Canadian, born and raised

that actually makes it worse bc he wasn’t brought up in china and brainwashed like so many people there, and yet still chose to advocate loudly and proudly for the ccp whilst raking in dough all in china lol..

  • because he defends the CCP every chance he gets...plus all the times he's attributed Korean cultural items to China.

I don't know about that. What I do know though is that there's a lot of people who take offense for the tiniest shit. What did he say that is so bad?

  • The comments may not be nice about it but they're kind of right. If he's that pro China then maybe he's better off building his career there.

For those who don't know, Steve Yoo or Yoo Seung-jun was a very big name in k-pop in the late 90s/early 00s. His career in Korea, however, ended in 2002 when he was accused of evading South Korean mandatory military service by becoming a U.S. citizen. He was subsequently banned from entering South Korea and got cancelled by the South Korean public, who still hate him to this day.
