Why guests ain't registering?

I was a long time guest for 2 years before making an acct so I can only speak for myself but I think they just want to read the discussions and not interact

it's scary to know that so many random people are watching what i write tbh

21 guests are now reading why they don't register. This is so meta. Unfortunately, they can't answer.

I feel like they're too scared or too lazy to create an account. Maybe they do but there's always more to replace those numbers. And then there may be bots.

Same except for me it was like 3 months. I was really busy at that time so just lurked around. Didn't wanna interact much either

I lurked around 2 years too!! I love reading updates and wanted to interact but too lazy to register. Yes my laziness has no bounds. Then covid came and I was bored so here I am!

to be fair, even if they registered, it wouldn't make them any less random. They're still people you don't know.

I believe (recalling from memory) that an AKP Employee Manager said that of ALL those who REGISTER with AKP , that only 10% of those do ever POST even ONE MESSAGE on AKP (assuming ARTICLES or FORUMS) ... One should also consider BOT activity too ??? ... But actually , an AKP Manager would be *better* to explain this ... And I might DELETE this Message here ... Depends what reaction that I get it ... NOT looking to 'chatter' about that which is more a MODERATOR topic to say on it , is what I mean to say it ... NOT a Moderator here ... ... honestly i have no problem seeing that other people are lurking because honestly i do that on some websites as well, if reddit had that option oh god that would be way too many guests

but from what i know people just dont want to engage but see different views
