Rivalry and competition between companies is part of the business

because technically they are only working on small things together, basically to 'limit' costs of this or that
and also if you dig in different things you will have different outcome, for example:
FLO is a streaming service created by South Korean Telecom. It was created in December 2018 with cooperation with such big partners as JYP, SM, and BigHit.
VIBE was created by Naver, and we know that Naver was investing in YG, and also YG was investing in Naver but... that said Naver and HYBE also created Weverse together.
so like I said all those things are just to buy something here, sell something there, etc. as usual market things
but if we are talking about music I'm pretty sure that CEO of one or another company is laughing hard when he hears about some scandal, or disbandment happening in other big company :)

fans of groups under the same company can't even get along

This made me remember that video of Big Hit ceo and SouMu ceo fighting each other with light sabers

man i need a nap

companies don't have friends
they make strategic partnerships and alliances when convenient
they'll just as easily destroy each other if given the opportunity
