it should be on their own wish. Many kpop insiders say that all idols date and hook up. I think they don't date long term until they get older and most of their relationships are short lived. In that case it will be awkward to announce that you were dating this girl in may, and now you are dating another girl in august.
Making relationships public can become a problem too. Like taeyeon and baekhyun or kai and krystal even after break up people are shipping them and comment about their exes on their insta.

Highly unlikely.
If it was normalised then the illusion will be broken slightly and the artist/company will lose money.
The image of idols being too busy and dedicated to their fans to date and party and do the things that we know deep down they all still do is partly what makes the fans so dedicated to their fav's career in the first place.

since its the idols buzness anywayz it will probably always be hidden , only if they have children or get married, which is pretty normal and should be normalized in idol life
