That's why I marked it as off-topic. The reason I kept it in the post instead of not expressing it at all, is because comedy is extremely culturally biased and I don't think people understand this. American comedy is very rude and in your face. Someone can argue that just because it has been normalized, doesn't mean it's right.
Personally, I don't enjoy roasts but I still like comedy which toes-the-line when it makes social commentary. That said, the joke involved in this controversy did not make any social commentary.

Why don't we agree on two things
1. The joke was of a poor taste and Jada had every right to feel mad about ....Chris crossed a line because the joke was related to her medical condition (it's up to debate whether he knew about it or not)
2. Will crossed the line even further when he decided to assault Chris like that
