Well, JYPE/Sony does a very poor job of promoting NiziU outside Japan .... even in Japan, NiziU do very little TV/Radio activities .... JYPE/Sony mostly sends them to festivals in Japan and makes them do tours ... the winter tour just ended, and on the last day, JYPE/Sony already announced not one, but two more Japan tours, one in Fall/Autumn 2025, and another in Spring 2026

I have been a fan of NiziU since their early days ... their early songs e.g. Make You Happy, Beyond The Rainbow, Take A Picture, Poppin Shakin, Super Summer and Clap Clap are amazing songs (and have amazing choreo)
They made their Korean debut in Oct 2023 with "Heartris", which is also an amazing song ... and seeing NiziU on Korean music shows felt amazing ... they even got their 1st Korean music show win on Show Champion!!!
In 2024, they focused exclusively on Japan (which is like 99.99% of their fanbase) .... they performed at festivals in Japan, both Japan-run ones and Korean-run ones e.g. KCON JAPAN ... and they have just finished their winter tour (in Japan, of course), and released their new album tied to the winter tour, called "Awake", with the title track "Yoake" ... (however, being exclusively in Japan since the start of 2024 has meant that NiziU has sadly lost a lot of non-Japanese fans...)
"Overseas Activities" are listed in their 2025 plans ... I'm really looking forward for their Korean comeback!

They need to actually take these groups down the Dreamcatcher road rather than giving them dumb rap songs in an attempt to make them look tough. PIXY was good at this before their unfortunate demise.
A full-on heavy metal sound for GGs would be cool, though....

Even the names of their songs are dark e.g. Savage, Armageddon, Whiplash, Unforgiven .... sounds like titles of heavy metal songs ... and the members of such GGs only wear black, white and shades of grey (and sometimes denim)

I discovered GWSN a few months ago. I had heard of the names WJSN and GWSN a few months before that. After WJSN, I decided to explore GWSN.
I first watched the ASC (After School Club) video of GWSN and saw snippets of the music videos of Puzzle Moon and Pinky Star .... I fell in love with the unique magical, mystic, "gardeny", cosmic concept (e.g. having a goose in an MV is cool) ... then, I listened to the MVs and watched the live stages of GWSN's songs ... I fell in love with the songs, choreos, MVs, music show stage sets and concepts ...
... but later I got sad when I found out they had d1sbanded
My favorite songs are the first three title tracks (Moon, Star, Sun)

I just got interested in gugudan ... while I had heard the name before, I just thought they were "some random disbanded nugu" ... but I just listened to their songs (and watched the ASC episode), and fell in love with the group.
The Boots! .... the acapella video on Youtube!!! .... the dance break!!! .... as well as their other songs like Chococo, A Girl Like Me (and I even unironically love Wonderland ... it's a beautiful song in my opinion, although most people hated the song at that time)
All 9 of them are excellent vocalists and also amazing at dance! Jellyfish wasted those amazing talented 9 girls...

I have heard the name Weki Meki many years ago ... but I recently just checked out their songs and feel in love with their discography, vocals, rap, dance etc .... Fantagio gave them a few bangers, but then dungeoned them for years ... at least they gave them a "disbandment" song, but I wish Weki Meki (and other groups like gugudan, GWSN and Pristin) could make a comeback soon

I miss the Heartris Era so much ....
in 2024 and 2025 so far, NiziU have been exclusively performing on Japanese soil, which is cool and all .... but the Japanese performances are gatekept away from the rest of the world
I can't wait for the Korean comeback ("Overseas Activites" are in the list of the "We Need U 2025" video)
