When was the last time she really sang in public (TVs, festival, events or non-self-made content programs)? She almost has no singing content for a few years already, except for some live clips which only reach a small amount of people. Before, while she doesn't do promotion for her actual comeback either, she still singings publicly here and there

More to it, Taeyeon sings with very clear sound all across her range, which creates very interesting dynamic sound whenever she follows the flow of the lyrics instead of just omitted or bend it like almost all other singer. Some even bend it to the point of gibberish

Like, why trust a verbal promised? Even if there is an audio records, it's still hard to prove it before the court. Didn't they making revisions of the 2022 exclusive contract? Why not included the promised in it? Why even believed SM CEOs who he had been fighting for unfair treatment?

I get that maybe he wants to out of SM as soon as possible since he already lost 2 years in military, waiting for 3 more years maybe will be too long, and the more songs he released under SM the more grip SM has over him, but the contract was signed, terminated it will always be messy unless he has enough money to pay its fee in full. And no way SM would just let it go easy, since it'll make an example. Unless there're more to it that we don't know, from what has been released so far, seem like CBX don't have solid legal ground to stand on.

And tbh, if this is how he was tricked, two times, mind you, it's best for him to stay away from owning a business, especially in POP music scene where things are shady.

Yes, people always use high notes as a benchmark for judging vocalist, but it's only an aspect in singing. It's impressive but it's not all. And imo Taeyeon best strength lie in the way she has almost complete control in all her range and how she uses that to deliver the story of a songs. Like a top notch actress but with voice alone.
