The whole N word scandal. Some people (not AKP) are saying she should stay gone and never debut because of that.

While I really don't like what she did, I think it would be okay if she came back. She's just a kid and she doesn't deserve to lose her career at this point. Don't get me twisted, my Black ass will not be supporting her.
I hope that if she does come back people can be gracious to her. She's already learned her lesson. And she's young and she has time to grow, change and work on becoming a better world citizen.

I didn't think that was the case at all. I though the camera made them see themselves as they were before the dystopian reality so they could imagine what could've been.
I don't know why people would assume they were wishing they weren't disabled.

Fairly easy you forget how busy and hectic this industry is. The people doing these manipulative things know not to ask obvious stuff that will come up later it's usually something small in passing something you'd forget about or something you'd already assume was done. Like how he manipulated yoongi to send him stuff. These idols are soo busy im sure a brief conversation about something was easily forgotten about. Or if it's something important since this guy has been manipulating the idols and the staff its easier for him to fish out stuff and then basically be the middle man between them without anyone noticing. Let's say I'm asking yoongi for a guide and im faking that im his director. He's going to assume im working on it. Easy I know the real director likely already has the guide so asking solves one issue. Now when yoongi later asks him about it it's not suspicious because i took advantage of a natural human flaw, how we put data in perspective. He's going to say how's that bridge coming along? He's going to respond with just finished it now wanna see? Notice that the two easily filled in the blanks and didn't ask anything else irrelevant to the question. This is a normal thing people do he didn't say hay you asked for a bridge last night at 8. People don't do that .
It was the latter so now none are the wiser that i got the stuff already. You can do this type of thing with plenty stuff
While you're saying makes sense, when it's someone's job and livelihood to produce/make/distribute music one would imagine they'd be more careful about who and where their product is going to. All I'm saying is it's incredibly stupid to put your wallet in someone else's hand and trust them to do right with it. Most of this could've easily been avoided if people actually communicated with each other directly and followed through.
So I guess Hybe got what they deserve. Sorry for those BTS guys though for believing the staff can do their jobs.

Gimme the receipts and I'll take my L. All English grammar has some type a rule behind it. If nobody follows said rule, it does call into question its relevance, if not its technical accuracy.
I don't understand what you want. I thought my original post covered all the bases.
I suppose I'll start with the basics (which you already understand, but I must recite for logic's sake).
Fundamental rules: when making a possessive noun, one should add an apostrophe and the letter "s" to a singular noun. For a plural noun, one should soley use an apostrophe.
Now consider the group NewJeans. Notice that you are referring to NewJeans as a group. This is singular. There is one group. We know this because when we say "NewJeans" to someone they think of a singular kpop group consisting of 5 members.
Can we agree up to this point?
Since the word "NewJeans" (which, despite being two words put together is actually one word) is singular, you must use an apostrophe and the letter "s'". I fail to see how I have created any logical errors here, but since this isn't good enough I will use an analogy.
imagine you had a friend names Wes. As I'm sure you know, if your friend owns something, you would call it Wes's. Why? Because his name is Wes and there is only one of him. Since this rule applies here, why would it not apply to the name "NewJeans"? Do multiple groups named NewJeans own the same thing? If the answer is no, why would you use the s-apostrophe convention as if that were the case. It simply doesn't make sense and there's no way you can spin it that makes it make sense using correct grammar rules.
The funny thing is: grammar isn't that important. In fact, my rebuttal has multiple small grammar errors and I'm sure most people reading this won't even notice them all because there are rules that are negligible.
If you were wanting me to find an example of grammatically incorrect headlines, then I have that. This Billboard headline reads, "Harry Styles & Olivia Wilde's Relationship: A Timeline". The letter "a" is an article and should not be capitalized (despite the popular false belief that you're supposed to capitalize after a colon). I've linked a Grammarly article about colon capitalization in case you don't believe me. This grammatical error proves that even major publications are not exempt from making mistakes.
So now that I have disproved you in multiple ways do you believe me?

I've never seen any professionally written article, ranging from Forbes to Billboard to the Grammys, write it as anything other than "NewJeans'", when trying to denote possession.
It's the same in sports. The Chicago Bulls are also technically one team, but you'll never see it written out as The Chicago Bulls's to denote possession ever.
A quick Google search will confirm all of the above
Is this supposed to prove me wrong? People say "if I was" all the time despite the fact that it's actually supposed to be 'if I were". There are rules people neglect because it makes more sense another way (or like because doesn't matter because good grammar is pointless if you can communicate effectively). Doesn't change the way grammar works because Forbes magazine didn't do it.

I'm fairly sure all of you are wrong because NewJeans is one group. There is one NewJeans even though the name includes "jeans" in a plural form. Therefore, it's NewJeans's. Applying s' would imply that the jeans are the subject instead of a group called NewJeans.
And since it would be incorrect to call NewJeans "NewJean", then it's not a true plural form. In this case you'd have to use the s's convention as if it were a name ending in "s".

I feel like you gotta be a little dense to not realize that something's wrong. Like, did these people never communicate in person and then be like "hey, remember that demo I sent you last night" and the other is like "I have no idea what you're talking about". I just don't see how this could happen. How did it happen so many times before this guy was caught?
