They could easily taken down MHJ if they want without have to disclose everything to public, but of course they need to brought up premature accusations before the actual audit and police investigation finished. The unethical way to shame her what really driven people to side with MHJ. you may not like the person, but if you fair to them, it shows a lot about your character. Hybe is a mess as large corporation.

they released the shaman business because she was doing a press conference. bad move on their side but it's clear they were expecting a circus of a press conference (which it was, including her terafully saying newjeans members alled her crying) and got kind of desperate.

it's also apparent that the shaman was involved in ador business decisions.

No. Insider trading is when you have an information that the general public dont have. You know stocks will go down or up because of this information. So you use this information to make money by selling or buying stocks. This is what MHJ’s associate (the VP?) did. He knew stocks will go down because they were about to go public with their complaint, so he sold his shares.

his excuse for that was him leasing a new house, but with texts about this supposed plan from february i'm doubting whether he was being honest about that.

the fact that stans believe in all statements hybe releases vs deny all statements ador releases is crazy :pepe-peek:

does it annoy you people aren't fully buying mhj's words? because the opposite can also be said. we're talking about a person that complained about lsfm getting an lvmh contract, her own words have been the thing pushing me towards hybe side since day 1, including that tearful press conference, where she weaponized newjeans member's tears, demagoguery.

she also mentioned room sallons, with zero receipts as a throwawy line on a press release because she's a person who knows how people and the media work. nothing about her has been honest since day 1. and i'm not saying hybe is much better, them sending leaks about the shaman talk before the press conference was very dumb of them.

This being written by Reporter Jeon Hyeong- hwa again I'll consider it MHJ's indirect response to the text messages leaked yesterday. It hits all her talking points lol

Immediately after the release of the interim audit report on the 25th of last month, I heard a voice from HYBE's top PR officer, "So why are Daily Sports and 0000 writing articles that side with Min Hee-jin?" From the start of the HYBE audit to the release of the interim audit report, Ilgan Sports has never written an article in favor of Min Hee-jin. I just wrote an exclusive interview with Min Hee-jin.

    lol someone felt called out

This document, which states that CEO Min Hee-jin has been coaching from a shaman regarding management, was in the audit inquiry letter sent by HYBE to CEO Min Hee-jin, as stated in the document. The document states that he denied all of them in a response letter sent by Representative Min on the 24th of last month, the day before.

the chat logs hybe has indicate otherwise

And that's not all. This magic press release was one of the decisive factors that caused the mothers of NewJeans members to lose trust in HYBE. The three mothers of NewJeans members had a meeting with HYBE CEO Park Ji-won and other executives on the same day. At this meeting, HYBE management explained CEO Min Hee-jin's witchcraft management to the mothers of NewJeans members, and urged them not to tell NewJeans members about such information because it was sensitive and could hurt their children. However, when a press release came out from HYBE less than an hour after the interview ended, the mothers of the NewJeans members said, "No, they talked about their children as if they cared so much, and when they published the article less than an hour later, I thought, 'What are these people?'"

    lmao they're idiots

HYBE's PR officials often tell the media that the rational public opinion supports them, and that the fan opinion, which is driven by emotional appeal rather than rationality, is still on Min Hee-jin's side. This is something that an industry person who closely watches how fans move and react to the entertainment industry can never say this. It's an insult to the opposite sex.

an insult to the opposite sex is also saying that women are the ones driven by emotional appeal rather than rationality. a lot of fans that dont have sides or are not pro-mhj are women.

As the National Pension Service is the third largest shareholder of HYBE, it must be held accountable.

mhj definitely helped this reporter write this out, this as the last sentence?

edit: replied to the wrong person, sorry!

kind of desperate of pro-mhj people still trying to drag up this issue. let it go.

It is funny because when MHJ showed text exchange armys were like what is wrong with messages? It is normal for companies blah blah blah and here you are crying about.... SHAMAN LMAO

excuse me, what? it is normal for a ceo talking to an exec about surpassing a competitor. mhj was talking with a person she thought was her sister about taking bts out. it's not the same, no matter how you try to gaslit others.

[Exclusive] Min Hee-jin, CEO of Hive, cashed out his stock purchase within 15 days and made a market profit of 100 billion won. Coupled with the issue of the Adore put option contract, minority shareholders felt frustrated.

Sisa Journal captured another suspicious transaction while covering the Hive management dispute. In November 2021 , it was confirmed that Chairman Bang Si-hyuk provided Hive stocks worth 2.9 billion won to Min Hee-jin in the process of recruiting CEO Min Hee-jin . According to the Financial Supervisory Service's electronic disclosure, CEO Min was not on the list of Hive shareholders until the end of October 2022 . However, on November 1 , it was newly added to the shareholder list by reporting 4,720 shares of voting stock and 3,500 other shares (total of 8,220 shares). At the time , Hive's stock price was 348,000 won , slightly less than twice its current price. Including CEO Min’s stocks, it amounts to 2.9 billion won. However, the funds invested by Representative Min at the time were only 637 million won. In terms of stocks, the price is 77,500 won per share, which is only 23 % of the market price .

Hive's position is that there is no problem. The company provided employee stock shares and stock compensation, and CEO Min purchased the remaining stocks on the market. However, CEO Min sold 1,000 shares of stock he purchased on the market in mid-November and December 8, 2022 , respectively. Through this transaction, CEO Min earned 760 million won . The invested funds were recovered within 15 days and an additional 120 million won in cash was collected . Nevertheless, she still owns 6,200 shares of Hive stock. It is expected that moral controversy will inevitably arise as a result

bsh is such a loser for letting this woman stay. he even gave her more power

im not seeing V reacting well to her talking to a shaman about bts

With the amount of supposed kakaotalk chats between MHJ and VP Lee that have been leaked so far you have to wonder if these two talked about anything else than their plans lol. Like how do you go from working at Hybe's IR team until this year, move officially to Ador in February (who immediately change their management structure by creating an additional VP position for him), and then straight away start sending dozens of kakaotalk chats to MHJ to make a plan together and futrhermore organize meetings in that same month with investment companies to talk about Ador's future. What a weird career trajectory lol

they were already planning this before he went to ADOR, she poached him from HYBE precisely for this is what I'm thinking.

i am so confused by all these characters

Official Hybe statement about this just came out:

Below is the full Hive admission statement.

Hive does not set an age limit when uploading music videos to YouTube. YouTube classifies content as age-restricted according to its own standards. We have requested a response from YouTube's headquarters along with confirming the exact facts to determine what criteria the viewing age was restricted to.

hybe will need a PR taskforce just for newjeans in the next couple of years (if they remain at hybe) just to push back on the mistreatment/neglect accusations.
