true but relevance doesn't matter to kpop stans who see everything as a competition. if you correctly point out that almost no one cares about the vmas, they just turn around and say you're jealous.

they all use autotune as well. i have a sister who listens to reggaeton and i'm always shocked when i find out the new bad bunny song is actually rauw alejandro or someone else entirely.

also, since when has being a mediocre singer ever stopped someone from becoming an sm trainee? not to mention being able to use her relation to taeyeon as a means of building hype and interest for whatever group she would have debuted in.

it's both. like i said before, i mentioned super junior not just because i don't like listening to their music but also because i'm subjected to more of it as opposed to a group like tvxq who only perform a handful of songs which isn't as torturous.

i "called out" super junior in particular not just because their music is bad -- i don't like tvxq either -- but because they got to perform more songs than all the other groups.

last time i watched an sm town concert super junior got to perform like 10 songs while everyone else got 3 or 4 max. i'm not sitting through that again.

genuinely one of the worst kpop songs to come out this year. only o.o is worse.

i guess i must have listened to a different song because i don't know how anyone can give pink venom such high ratings.
