feel my rhythm. not really feeling the verses in wildside.

yeah, loona. i started losing interest in them after why not. i didn't like the direction that bbc were taking the group, chasing the girl crush trend and imo causing the group to lose part of their identity in the process. i still held out hope that they would switch things up for their next comeback but they double down (or tripled down, rather) on the girl crush sound with ptt which made me 'unstan' them. i still listen to their songs and i will definitely check out whatever they release but i don't follow them anymore.

i think longevity is more important than peak position and even paks. will it have the same staying power as next level or eleven? only time will tell.

it can be painful. for example, redsquare debuted in 2020 with colorfull (which is great) and they haven't released anything since. a handful of videos, some dance covers, a logo change, and a company change but not even a whisper of a comeback.

yes. the only groups and soloists whose performances i watch are taeyeon, red velvet, aespa, and recently stayc. in the past i tried to keep up with lots of other groups but it became tedious.

around $800. i became a kpop fan a few months before the pandemic so i haven't had the opportunity to spend money on anything besides albums and a handful of online concerts.

2022 has been a great year for kpop, imo. we're still in march and already we've gotten really good albums fromis_9, yena, viviz, taeyeon, billlie, stayc, and rocket punch. and red velvet will more than likely join that list tomorrow.

lots of factors to consider like how bad it was, how young they were when it happened, whether the accusations are even true, etc. i think i'd probably continue to support them if they were young, it didn't involved physical violence, and if they apologized for what they did and tried to make amends with their victim(s).
