She is "Gukmin Yeodongsaeng", Nation's Little Sister and she has been gifting a lot to the Nation, particularly to the poorer brothers and sisters.
And by all accounts Lee Jonghoon seems on board with it.
Her family seems a well adjusted type who don't want to live off their daughter, her mother still works it seems and those concert cushions are from her.
In any case, I am for celebrities keeping their families private and not make Kardashians of them.

I was not much into kpop during SNSD era. But still vote Team SNSD, because very individual idols matter to the brand. And SNSD categorically proved that their brand value was not much affected by Jessica split and they are still legends.
So in the sense, I vote for the brand SNSD.
The exceptions to that are cases like
in those cases the idols matter a lot or even more than the group.

IVE & NJ were never in doubt since late 2022-23.
It was Aespa which was in doubt, but they came back with a fantastic year.
But these things can never be taken for granted. Think about TWICE, they absolutely ruled for 5 years, then drastically dropped of the charts.

Just learnt that 90% of political donations made by federal employees in the last 3 elections have been to the Democratic party.
Which means that Democrats were already well into implementing their "project"
Same with academics etc.
As mentioned left is inherently collectivist - do it subtly, unannounced and as a matter of fact, good for the society
While Right which is inherently individualistic needs explicit moves to temporarily organize for such projects.

If they redebut within the year, they have considerable sympathy for them, so even if their songs are better than average, S. Korea will do the rest.

Trump was one of the first people to employ a woman to oversee a major NYC Skyscraper construction. Barbara Res. So much for this misogyny.
Of course Barbara had a falling off over the years, now writes books against Trump. Nevertheless the decision he made broke the ceiling for women, in a profession far more tougher than politics. In construction there are no woman votes, to pander for.
And again from his earliest bodyguards to Apprentice selection, Trump has worked with many Blacks.
It is an interesting documentary, which is not at all complimentary to Trump. But Trump is the ultimate risk taker, salesman. Nothing dents his confidence in himself and that he uses to bounce back from the worst personal, financial hits.

Even if HYBE could have manage this better it a bit far fetched to blaim them for the rebellion of MHJ. It would never happen if MHJ never was disloyal.
NJ would probably have a bigger chance if they did not support MHJ, their loyality and support to MHJ just make the whole thing look even more suspicious as something planned by MHJ all along, probably trying to use NJ as a barging chip with HYBE but that failed. If NJ really wanted to break hthe contract and leave it probably would have been better to blame both HYBE, ADOR and MHJ for the mess.
HYBE recruited MHJ and it was considered a great couple.
Then it was a bad recruiting decision by HYBE.
As to NJ, it wouldn't exist with MHJ, or even be this amazingly successful.
Unless the idols are self producing like GIDLE, it is the creatives who are the primary reason for success and not the idols.
Only delusional fans will think otherwise.
So NJ members are correct to credit MHJ.
But you could argue it is better they ditch MHJ for the future, then too it is no win for them, HYBE will dungeon them, GFriend them etc., they have no future with HYBE.
Breaking with both is an option, but would be legally messy as well as disloyal.
Anyway "game theory" of NJ members choices apart, the answer stands.
HYBE failed, either is recruitment or management or corporate governance.
Well governed consortiums do not let internal rebellions affect brands and revenue.

Even if it is MHJ, it is still HYBE's fault, since the buck stops with HYBE as the parent/managing org.
HYBE is responsible for mismanaging the situation and putting a fantastically successful GG Brand at risk, due to corporate infighting.
All corporations have ambitious people and internal competition between subsidiaries etc., Good corporate governance addresses that and still keeps their products successful and profitable.
HYBE has failed at that.

But apparently Koreans don't think so, in their context they don't categorize idols as artists.
In matters of culture, it is appropriate to defer to the cultural originators.
