I don't there will be a new nations gg. I don't think that companies really care for that title anymore. It's all about international success for them now. So, I think companies are wanting more of their idols to have nicknames like IT girl or boy and nicknames dealing with brands and such, and their groups to be known for more international success.

So I have finished basic set up of the server. My only issue rn is that I don't know if everything is set up correctly and working the way I set up.

Mine is; I don't think a lot of the self-claimed, "k-pop fans/superfans," are actually fans of k-pop. It's a bit hard to explain but it's a bit of me seeing more, "k-pop fans," liking the idols looks and not actually liking k-pop music. So i guess it's that I think "fans" aren't actually fans of the music as they say they are, and are just fans of idols looks. And if you're someone who just likes an idols looks then I don't think you can call yourself a real k-pop fan. Same thing for like someone who only likes 1 group or solo artist. If you only listen to like 1 group or artist you aren't a k-pop fan, you're a ____ fan. Sorry if that was confusing.

As someone who doesn't have any friends who are k-pop or k-drama fans and doesn't have anyone to really talk about this stuff.. i was thinking of creating a discord were people who may not have anyone to talk to can find eachother. Where we can all find people to not only talk about k-pop but anything; pop cuture or special interest wise. A place where we can all become friends. Would anyone actually be interested though?

The last album I bought was actually my boyfriend buying it for me and it was BPs Born Pink. BP is my ult group.

I don't think you need to really love all the members equally or even in the same way (I mean we all have ults and bias), don't even need to support all of the members the same... BUT you do need to have respect for all the members to be a stan. Hate it when I see someone who is a fan of one of the same groups as me and they send love for one or a couple of members, but in the same breath send hate to the others. As a BP stan I see it all the time.

Also I think a lot of people have different definitons of what it means to be a stan.

Honestly lipsyncing is something I just don't care if idols do or not. If they are performing like a full on dance routine then I think better to let them lipsync since it's probably a lot easier on the idol. But at like festivals like water bomb where a group or soloist isn't doing a dance routine and is just moving around the stage then I would want live vocals, but then again I don't really care. People act like lipsyncing is like the worst crime an idol can do but my thing is, if they are giving a great performance who really cares.

Yes. In a way it was what I expected. Since the girls are more popular in the West and they are going on tour soon. But the girls are loved in Korea as well so you think they would give Korean fans more. And with the tour coming you would think they would do more promo to promote the new comeback and tour. But it's YG and they hate ggs so...

Loved this album. All the song in my opinion were great. The concept, the MVs I thought were great. The only disappointing aspect for me is the promo and like schedule. I wish the girls were doing more in Korea then the West. Like I wish we got them on more music shows, varitey shows, and maybe like a new BP House. It just doesn't feel like we've seen enough.

So honestly I don't think that many idols are "ugly." Like idols kind of have to be attractive because they are an idol. But a male idol that many seem to think is good-looking but I've never felt that way is Siwon from Suju. And no female idol is ugly. Love my female idols lol. Couldn't even think of one.

Anything to do with the US gov't. Politicians, Judicial stystem, etc. All corrupt.

I loved the album, the concept, the MV, the style, etc. The only thing that really disappointed me was the lack of actual activites the girls are doing and lack of promo in Korea. Like no music shows for Shut Down, no variety shows, YG won't even give them another BP House. Like give the girls something to do in Korea.
