it makes sense lol but the body, after a long stress response will be at an increased risk for getting sick and may increase appetite to make up for lost fat.

I did exercise pretty regularly but that has fallen away, i blame finals lol. I'm also the lowest weight i have ever been at 52kg, maybe stress is the ultimate weight loss plan lol
