Bruh. They able to manipulate the entire industry like that including trying to take down other labels groups. That's like some next level power.

First of all, nobody gives a damn if Blackpink sent a message to them or not. It's not a big deal. They hardly see each other, let alone their seniors. 🤣 It's all on YG, not on BP or 2NE1. The ONLY reason 2NE1 can have a comeback because CL and the rest fought for it, and YG is the only where they can do it. Also, YG needs money more than ever.
As for SNSD. As usual, it's only about their idiotic fans! The groups never had a problem with each other and SNSD were there to support 2NE1, multiple times! And I'm pretty 2NE1 was also there at their concerts.

All of them doing their own thing.

Fans are fighting with each other, while these groups support each other.
The SNSD part was clearly a joke because why would anyone expect SNSD or any other non YG 2G gg to send a message to 2ne1 especially as pretty much all are inactive. The Sone v BJ was obviously fan war joke. You took it way too seriously lmao.
Also the reason why there’s almost no SNSD x 2ne1 stuff is because 2ne1 were extremely reclusive and hardly interacted with any gg from 2G. The most we knew about SNSD x 2ne1 was Minzy used to go bible study classes with a few SNSD members and that’s about as far as things went
Tiff, Hyo, Yoon, Minzy, Soo

That is probably why we didn't heard a lot anymore of so many former artists of SM
Even the dudes who had been in TVXQ, except 1 are dead now and the one guy who is still a bit active only works in Japan
And Amber only releases English and Chinese music since she left SM, but IDK what shes doing now cause I am not following her anymore
I also heard people say that they hope if NCT oneday breaks up or more member have to leave, that they hope Yuta would return to Japan and become a JPop-artist instead (and I jokingly said once it would be funny if Yangyang signs to a German agency if he ever returns lol, would be too funny if he starts to have a German career)
Rather than SM blocking them I think it's the opposite, lack of SM.
We all know SM has powerful connections with in the entertainment industry whether it's singing, TV shows, acting etc so when idle are part of SM there get to take advantage of those connections. One they leave, be it on good or bad terms, they lose those connections and have to survive on their own merit. In most cases talent alone is not enough, you need star power for people to keep following you (how do you think the Kardashians are popular despite not actually doing anything like acting or singing) and the reality is most idols don't have the star power to keep their success they had. They need SM producers, marketing, influence etc to keep their careers going. Remember when Luna was seen as the next Taeyeon when she was in fx? She had the talent sure but she never had the popularity to match Taeyeon highs while in SM and once she left she completely faded away. Most idols would have the same fate without SM.
SNSD is a truly special group that can find success without relying on their company. Tiff, Soo and Seo left 7 years ago and all 3 are still very successful to this day without SM (in Seohyun case SM were sabotaging her by declining her roles without telling her so at least she now she doesn't have that burden which is a huge advantage for her). Sunny recently left but tbh she was kinda over the idol life for a while so she'll likely spend her days doing her own thing in peace with maybe the occasional TV show. The ones in SM would be fine if they left - Taeyeon and Yoona are set for life, Yuri will be an actress + entertainer, Hyoyeon will do TV and DJ. Even Jessica who is blacklisted by SM making her path 10x harder still continues to find success because she has star power and talent.

How can we conclude that it wasn't lucrative if they never tried?
As rookies, Taeyeon and Jessica were like Taeyeon and Wendy now. Each member's strength was like the other's weakness.
Now, Taeyeon is much stronger but likevI said, Jessica still has what Taeyeon doesn't in some ways like the unique soft feminine colour that Jessica added to Snsd.
When it comes to Jessica, think of stylistic vocalists who also use a good level of technique enough to maintain their vocal health and that's Jessica. Taeyeon was/is mostly about technique. She excels in that and it has taken her 17 years to be that good while Jessica has always been as good as she is, even though she has improved too.
What kind of bullshit nonsense is that? Taeyeon is only about technique? The girl has been praised by hundreds of pros for her beautiful voice for years, it's been said her voice carries so much emotion she sings as if she's experienced divorce mutiple times. The Korean public have been fan of Taeyeon almost as soon as she opened her mouth, her osts were legendary and made her a household name even before and blew up. Technique alone will not get that sort of response and praise, other good singers like Ailee who was better singer didn't have a good career and once thought to be her rival, Hyorin flopped as a soloist. No other idol has ever had that level of constant praise and success for their singing (well there's IU but she's not an idol and she's in her own separate league of success).
No it hasn't taken 17 years either, Taeyeon was a singing prodigy from before she joined SM. She was winning singing contests as a child, Jonghyun of Shinee once said as a kid he entered a singing competition and got beaten by a girl. When he entered SM a few years later he saw his nemesis again - Taeyeon. Taeyeon pre debut would still smoke vast majority of idols especially in last few gens.
Plus what does it matter when they got good? The whole point of training is to become better. Tiffany and Seohyun were below Jessica in vocals yet over the years both became equal or better. Seohyun in particular went from 5th best to arguably 2nd best when Jessica was still there as in addition to becoming a better singer over the years she became the backbone of SNSD songs by doing harmonies with everyone constantly while the other vocals got rest time for their spotlight moments. Is Seohyun less deserving because she had to train to get where she is instead of being born the best?

Other than Tiffany I don't the others wanted a music career as their number 1 choice when they left SM, not SM is actively blocking them all along.
Sooyoung and Seohyun went straight into acting. Sooyoung did a bit of music but never took it seriously until recently. Yoona and Yuri are the same even while in SM, Yoona released a few songs but did very little promo that you'd associate with a soloist like Taeyeon or Hyoyeon, and Yuri had a solo debut years ago but focused on TV and movies since. Sunny said she never had any interest in music career.
Despite leaving likely for a music career in America Tiffany has almost completely shifted away from music and is much more focused on TV and acting in the last few years (she's been nominated as rookie actress at awards so I'm a few years we could have 5 award winning actresses in SNSD). When she was touring in America and Asia she also freely sang SNSD and her SM songs on her tours without restriction.
Basically of all members only Taeyeon and Hyoyeon treat music as their main carer path.
There's also the obvious Forever 1 CB where SM allowed them all to assemble, SM also let Tiffany write knowing she was going to keep a larger cut of her royalties than if she was in SM. TSS performed at SM town with the rest of SNSD and other SM artists. If SM was blacklisting TSS it's really braindead to let them perform at SM own event.
Therefore I don't think it's SM that has a part to play by blacklisting them or anything, most of them simply prefer non music careers.

Use a zombie virus to resurrect it.

Open world higher ups uses to sexually abuse and rape their trainees
-
Seohyun of all people has said on TV she hates SM. Then she up and left lol. Girl is true SM hater at heart lol.
Taeyeon also regularly shits on SM including at her concerts but she's still there.

I stand with Harambe

Soo is always so well spoken. Must suck that no matter how talented she is she never really got her time to shine as others even for small parts but she still gave it her all.
Also
QuoteImagine you're a fresh new trainee and these 3 enter the room as your competitors with their boss music playing. Its instant game over for 99% of trainees to get any top position lol

SNSD returns and gets all fan bases to join in their songs thus bringing peace to kpop and dream concert can have its perfect ending.

Just put SNSD in charge of the country, they've ruled it for long enough.

I said it in the other thread but one of many reasons why Taeyeon is the Kpop GOAT singer is her underrated ability to duet with anyone. Her voice blends so well with any voice type she doesn't need to overpower or attempt to out sing them, she sings normally and bam it sounds like her and her partner have been singing for years together.
