yeah. that used to happen in past too.
But still most of the idols in past who had cosmetic enhancements were not that noticable, or it wouldnt look that obvious. (except some few idols who go overboard with their surgeries)
These days even young idols look so obvious, abnormal, and they look some what uncomfortable to make facial expressions.

she is hit or miss for me. Sometimes when her face is staying still. she looks pretty. as soon as she talks, smiles or moves her face she doesnt look that great. sorry.

Females have always been seen as an ornament to the society. They need to act proper, look proper, be natural. Its obvious that female idols would get more criticized for their looks and plastic surgeries.
