Actually it is the same for most groups. Most groups wont have Bsides on same quality as TT i.e. they are not TT-worthy that's why they remain as B sides.

But imo aespa has some very outstanding side tracks that can qualify as TT-worthy. E.g. Illusion, Salty & Sweet, Thirsty, Kill It

Because Don't Blink, Hot Air Balloon have always been meant for MY World album. These songs, alongside Salty & Sweet, Thirsty, I'm Unhappy were already performed by aespa during their 1st concert Hyper Line. All of these + an unknown TT (which widely believed to be Drama but with tree planting lyrics) were meant to be their first full album AE1 but plan was scrapped following Lee Soo Man departure from SM.

So yeah, it depends on what you like :)

Most of those songs would be more cohesive if put on MY World as per the original plan for AE1. So, i always treat MY World+ Drama EP as one album

Whiplash is super solid. Even better than Armageddon (which imo they should have arranged the tracklist better)

Lsrf Perfect Night is definitely disqualified for being OST. Again, it was SouMu fault to announce it as an Overwatch collab song before promoting it as a standalone single.

Jimin's popularity has always been weird. All i can say is that he has a super dedicated fanbase (as evidenced by his spotify streams despite unique listeners count). It seems that his fanbase is also very coordinated + loaded to organise these kind of hardcore voting +Streaming

I think the only reason Mnet decided to let Newjeans won (as they deserved) is because they are from HYBE and that the top running BG fans from the same compang will have lesser hate (at that time).

YG and SM artists have been snubbed so many times that even BB had to call them out during performance. Same goes to smaller companies.

Im of the same opinion but

1) IVE sold more albums

2) IVE has larger attendance for tour (they did more dates but the demand is there)

3) GIDLE future is unknown due to Soyeon departure

Moroever, GIDLE literally has more years in the game than the rest. Is it really fair to compare them? Are we taking only part 2 of GIDLE career post soojin departure?
