Sadly, it didn't. I think Aespa match the concept and vibe quite well. I just don't think Newjeans suit the vibe of this song. It's just not "cool" enough. I think girl-crush group like Aespa, Lesserafim or XG just to name a few is just a better option. I didn't mention G-idle because they already have one. Pop/star was so good.
You just have bad ears. NJ suits any type of music and this is one they should pursue more of. Vocals + music production = god tier for this song.

Using factual statements is not media play. if BP's real touring number is 1.8m then using that fact in any journalism is not media play. That's just stating facts. If using 2.1mil by adding festival's number to it and making it sounded like they toured with 2.1mil is what media play is.

YG didnt really count them either simply said they toured to 1.8 and if you festivals where they were a headliner its 2.1, the title of the article being 2.1 wasnt written by YG.

Hybe still hasn't change their stances regarding the controversy so this whole bullying thing is probably just BS from the beginning. Everything that's out there has been one-sided and everyone is just eating up whatever rumors are thrown out. Even got lawyers using media play. Oh, and side note: One of the reasons I love being a Warriors fan is that the franchise, front office, coaches, and players have a collective culture of being very open-minded and accepting.
