So many kpop groups got better views than some known western artists. Does that mean the kpop groups are more popular? NOPE, not even close.

I stated the last two (Block B and BAP) ended up falling off around 2016-2017 (I messed up at first and corrected myself I will admit if I make an oops) for the most part but still had high points when they did release things, but EXO still had been pretty high in sales and success as an BG, in the genre even after BTS took over fully in 2019. (Even if EXO's popularity in mainstream media was mainly that damn Love Shot fancam of Kai in the red suit
). Back in 2018 EXO was pretty steady still in both sales and views. That was during a time I had left the EXOL fandom because of all the SM mishaps in 2016 and was just an ARMY as my main BG fandom, ironically enough. But up until TXT, Enhyphen and other took over in the last few years they (EXO) were still owning a spot competiting with BTS.Not trying to cause a rukus but EXO at least was still competition at this time
In 2018? No. Not saying they are not selling well or anything.

I think so too. They release all that statement so why not just release the full document itself and show the truth.
As much as Hybe is bad at handling this, I dont think they are stupid enough to base their statement on pure lies alone. They are a big company and I don't think they are that stupid.

Why are you acting like bts is invited on billboard or any other award shows out of nowhere. They already had a breakthrough in some way before all that and because of that they only got invited and won. No one is blocking billboard 200 or other charts from your faves. I mention bb200 because them charting on no. 20 or something is what really push them from what I see.
