Nah, age won't stop people from hating. Wonyoung is the prime example.

I think it's their 'likeable image' that made them bit harder to attack. They also don't have noticeable weak spot to attack, like for example:

1. Everything was pretty much equally distributed.

2. No filler members and not much skill disparity between them.

3. They don't have any Japanese or Chinese members.

4. Etc

Unless something major happened, I think NewJeans won't get Aespa or Ive treatment.

Yes, she was proven innocent for bullying accusation, but her school report opened up another problem, which opened up her identity as an Iljin. That's why Hybe/Source ultimately still decided to terminate her contract.

Unlike IZ*ONE, Le Sserafim just got debuted, they have no loyal fandom to support them when they become public enemy, once they lose their momentum, it's already over. Keeping Garam would just divide the fandom even further since WIZ*ONE is angry at her for ruining Sakura and Chaewon debut, they want her to be removed ASAP and K-fans already gave her silent treatment.

I don't understand why some users on this thread trying to gaslight Fearnots to make Gfriend vs Issue as Source vs Le Sserafim Issue. We simply don't care about.

Using Garam to prove their point is also useless since huge majority of Fearnots are OT5. The fandom doesn't hate Garam, but we don't have time get attached enough to care about her either.

Unless Source/Hybe start doing something sketchy on the current lineup, trying to gaslight the fandom right now would just make us look like a company stan since Fearnots pretty much satisfied with Source/Hybe.
