I think their songs are hit or miss. You will hate them or love them since their songs kinda "weird" but so catchy!

They are 100% dance group, and their stage presence is amazing. Can't forget their 2021 MAMA performance with Ryuijin and that guy from Squid Game. This was so different and clever from just preforming the original song and done.

Am I the only one that I don't skip literally almost every ITZY song? I don't really like their teen crush concept (or whatever it's called) but I'm finding their their songs so fun to listen to!

For example had heard the It'z Me album and Guess who albums countless times and I'm still vibing so freaking much to songs like "Nobody Like You" "Ting Ting Ting" "24HOURS" "Sorry Not Sorry" "Wild Wild West".

How popular ITZY really are?I'm just a casual listener but I'm really into them. They look really fun and their stage presence is awesome imo.

P.S : I saw some "fanwars" between MY's and MIDZY's. Guys calm down, both groups are the future of Kpop, they will do great I'm sure about that. Not because they are from Big3 but because they got talent. Congratulations to AESPA for this great achievement. Let's hope that ITZY (and more KPOP groups) will participate next year. <3

    JYPE.Why?

They promote well the girlgroups,if you are a boygroup good luck with that.

But the biggest problem is that groups not lasting forever. The entertainment agency MUST make a solid base for their idols to have a decent solo career.JYPE has the connections to make that but they doing absolutely nothing.Only by that they get a HUGE ZERO.

SM and especially YG has their own problems ofc with artist comebacks etc (some YG pros is that you have so much freedom to produce your songs most of the time aka you are not blackpink)

And when you are in SM well congrats its kinda rare to don't have a decent career not only as a group member but later on as a solo artist

Can't say anything about BigHit they are not a Big company for even 5 years , we will see how things will be in the future

JYP isn't CEO anymore, and all group promotions are handled by separated divisions

the only thing that he can do bad at this point is making songs written/produced by himself as lead singles of all groups

+ I also think 1-2 members of TWICE will leave but this will be without any harsh feelings, they will be just tired of their lives as idols, or injured, or have anxiety, or any other issues/problems.

And I don't see anything bad in it, seven years is one hella ride, and such a long time... wouldn't say a bad word of one or two members because if being an idol is hurting them and making them uncomfy or tired/without motivation then it's time to either leave industry or take 1 year brake and be back as solo artist releasing 1, maybe 2 mini albums/mv's per year.

Thats true he is not the CEO but still has the most power . Divison manage the groups but when it comes to company strategy and future he takes the big decisions (with the ceo and other important people there ).He is still the founder and the biggest stock holder after all

JYP's new obsession and project is what I think he called 'globalization by localization'

When Wonder Girls made him money,he tried something similar and he almost hit bankrupt. Luckily for him TWICE saved his butt.He found a golden cow to milk and not only save his company but literally even surpass SM for a few time back in 2018.

But sadly he is too obsessed with that so he wants to try debut multiple groups in all over the world. That requires tons of money. Next year is critical because TWICE contracts are ending. If something happens to TWICE (lets say some members leaving, scandal or the ultra hardcore scenario aka disbandment) he is literally destroyed. And no ITZY , STRAYKIDS or NIZIU can't save his ass.

P.S : Have this scenario to your mind.I love TWICE and I really can't imagine them with 8 or less members but be prepared for many members leaving next year.. I don't think that they will stay in this company anymore

Only because of BTS.Yes they did great job to make BTS the biggest group at the moment but no they are not bigger than Big 3.Only in financial way. After BTS enlistment and disband I'm sure they will become a company like bigger than CUBE but still Lower than BIG 3. BIG 3 isn't only about the money and power they have as companies but also because for 3 generation they made kpop what is now.If BigHit continues like that for 4 or 5th gen then yea we can discuss it. Till then no.

And no financial power doesn't tells me anything. In 2018 JYPE stocks went higher than SM.But I'm sure that back when that happens everyone could agree that SM was and still is the biggest entertainment agency.

SM give us a Red 2.0 please..

Well if you are waiting for JYPE to give a solo career to their idols...then good luck waiting for it.Maybe just a song just for the public and then dungeon till contract expires.

Sadly they are a "group promotion" company, they don't care about solo stuff after the group disband or whatever

Well I think all members have discharged but what is going on with them right now? The last news i read about Bigbang was late 2019 - early 2020 (ah good old days with no corona virus) that they will participate at Coachella. After that abaolute silence. I was expecting a comeback at least with a single or even just a GD single song or something. They could even use MAMA to build hype but they do nothing. What are the members are doing right now?
