  • My comments

    - I am so happy for Junho he really deserves it

    - D.P won a lot of awards

    - Damn the Netflix domination in the dramas category is insane with dramas like D.P., Twenty-five twenty one, squid game, Racket boys, Juvenile justice, Hell bound, All of us are dead. Other production companies in Korea should be scared

    - Even though Netflix is dominant, Move to heaven is nowhere on the list

    - I thought Squid game will win more awards

  • I was rooting for her to win but i am not mad Tae Ri won coz she is good too. I hope she gets another opportunity in the future

    Lee JIeun proves otherwise

    Lee JIeun

nominated 2018 - My MIster, lost to Yum Jungah of Sky Castle

nominated 2019 - Hotel del Luna, lost to Kim Heeae of the World of the Married

after that she gave up winning at there, and in the upcoming show, she won't win (Ryu Junyeol is the lead.)

And, as we all know, Lee Jieun did something else after giving up her best actress dreams, like singing Celebrity, Lilac and Strawberry Moon. Lee Seyoung has nowhere to fall back.

  • I'm an IU fan but Yum Jung ah and Kim Hee Ae for me are on a different level. May take more years for IU to get there.

  • Just because they didn't win best actress means their career is a failure. I am sure they will both get another chance in the future when they partake in other dramas with a good plot and their acting elevates the drama. Also bother of them are in their late 20s so they are still young

Changed the title of the thread from “Lee Junho for Best Actor + Kim Tae Ri for Best Actress + Other Winners @ 57th Baeksang Arts Awards” to “Lee Junho for Best Actor + Kim Tae Ri for Best Actress + Other Winners @ 58th Baeksang Arts Awards”.
  • so proud of our little evil Junho :pepe-simp:

surprised that DP got so many nominations, personally, I didn't enjoy it that much, but I guess the topic was quite sensible for SK audience so it's understandable

Han So Hee for sure will shine in the next years bcs the last projects were an opportunity to practice a lot. Hope my queen will take a break for her health

Not so many nominations for Our Beloved Summer even tho it was so popular in SK? interesting, at least Squid Game was internationally recognized so they only gave the grand prize.

No nominations for You're So Precious to Me, Move to Heaven or Seobok, so sad.

Lee Seyong is turning 30 this year

The Senior Singer is just 5 months behind
