man I haven't read a book in awhile
Not fiction, but "The Animator's Survival Kit" is a wonderful look into how animation developed and the fine detail that goes into animation! Richard Williams (he worked on films such as Roger Rabbit!) gives the book a wonderful personality in how it's written and the demonstrative illustrations. Even if you don't do art, I think it's still a wonderfully informative read.

I watched the movie first. Then, my high school teacher told me the book is way better so I bought a copy. I love both. Made me cry alot.

lol it's just a better written story to me it was supposed to be made into a movie or television series and that never happened so bummed.

I'm studying it as a profession haha. It's a tricky artform with lots that goes into it but I think it's amazing!
