cue that one radio station that stated
"BTS are not big enough to be played on the radio" while playing songs from artists who didn't have 1/10 the popularity of BTS had(and this was before dynamite hit). It's really sad though. It's not like those radio stations can't play foriegn songs, they have played them plenty of times.

Ok so I'll just use multiple cards and then cash for in the store. Just make each cash purchase separate and buy 1 album per card. I think I have 7 bank and credit cards I can use looool.
Edit: wait is this for singles or albums? For singles, the multiple cards method still works, although obviously cash won't work.

AKA Billboard and friends
I was referring to IHeart Radio, SiriusXM, etc. Billboard doesn’t own anything; it’s owned by Penske Media, which owns most of the US media trade magazines and also owns no radio stations.

Between the US labels and the radio stations, yes. Billboard has been around for over 125 years, so they’d want to keep their reputation clean.

wasn't this already in effect at the beginning of 2022
I thought so too, but it looks like the no refresh thing is new?
