I Love This OST Song By SHINEE Jonghyun
Whenever I listen to this it brings me back.
So much nostalgia.
It was in earlier in my kpop journey (2010), when I was mostly into Kdramas. I had only been into kpop for 3 years by then, and mostly just SNSD. I didn't even know Jonghyun and didn't realize how big of deal SHINEE were in kpop.
But I remember falling in love with this song.
It was a time when I binged Kdramas heavily. And City Hunter just blew me away, and actually made me a fan of Lee Min Ho.
It is also representative of a time I miss. I miss the sensibility of Kdramas back then. They had a different charm than many of the new ones.
And this song played a central part in creating the atmosphere and feeling of that show.
It gives me goosebumps when I listen to it. It's so moving and affecting.
It has a sad yet sort of loving melancholic feel it. Like you are thinking of happy times or loves you cherish, but that are no longer part of your life.
It makes me happy remembering the memories as I listen. But sad too.
