I love them but unfortunately there arent many good french bakery places around me, but alot of knock off versions that make the pastry look good but taste terrible

i mean
you can eat that stuff everyday, just in moderation
dont gobble up all of them everyday and you're good
i dont know how people overeat a lot in the first place
dont they feel sick afterwards?
