I don't believe in them, but there are still some I follow.
If I spill salt I throw it over my left shoulder. I knock on wood. I don't walk under ladders. I pay attention to which hand is itchy.

I never believed in any, but I subconsciously follow some, I think just out of habit?

Yeah in school and college when I had exams I would always step into the classroom with my right foot.
Also, when I accidentally open an umbrella indoors I feel a bit anxious.
I will walk outside first and get wet rather than open it inside
