bp will easily sell as much as nct svt if they do individual cheaper versions like these boy groups. Nct svt sales are hard carried by these cheaper versions. If blackpink do them, with their akgaes they will easily sell better than both.
Aespa's next album will be interesting to look if their sales are strong or savage sales were just a fluke.
BlackPink already do cheaper versions lol. They had 7 separate versions of which 2 were cheapo 9.99 jewel case versions lol.(which BTW sold on Amazon for 4.99 during comeback week)
They also sold the 3 main versions of the Album in a mutlipack for 34.99 on many sites. Other groups sell those standard versions for 16 quid, so that's like a 13 buck discount.
Like BP's album sales are impressive but stop the lies and acting like BG's are the only ones doing cheap versions and big discounts when the Album had them just the same.

I don't think we should remove bts so you can say bp will sell more than bgs (still to happen). BTS is the competition of bp and they are the representive groups per gender of international success of 3rd gen. It happened what always happen boy groups become more popular than ggs even if their paths are similar (both of them breaking into west/international expansion)
you are actually very right.. it's ridiculous to always include bts and bp together to say they dominate the west, but then leave out bts in such discussions. picking and chosing when to include bts to prove how big others are isn't the way to go.

not at all. BP is still far from SVT and NCT , much more with BTS
Aespa , still far from Enhypen and definitely with SKZ. They need to beat TxT first before even dreaming of beatinh EN esp SKZ sales esp with 1.3 pre orders fir their new album. Overall top and mid tier 4th gen bg are way ahead of sakes compared to 4th gen bg. Selling 500k album is considered ave for top tier bg but it’s the highest for gg. Most likely concert tours will also favor bg . It always does since theu have bigger fandoms. GG strength is in digitals. GP in SK are obsessed with them buth wont spend much for them. That I guess is the advantage of having bigger fanbase— bigger album sales, bigger concert opportunities .

definitely not close. only delusional fans will say that esp with 1.3 millon pre-orders of skz and abt to become a double million seller. Enhypen’s 1st album already sold 600k in Gaon,2nd album over 800k, 3rd album over 1.2 milliom and a re-packaged over 720k in Gaon . They did that in 15 months. and aespa is older than Enhypen.

SNSD was THE biggest group of their time same way BTS is now. Selling a ton was one of the reasons why they were. That isn't downplaying, that is just a comparison to show SNSD dominant.
You're the one who literally downplayed 2nd bgs calling them pitiful. You're a massive hypocrite.
The bgs at the time were the highest sellers, outside SNSD no other gg could touch them. Plus sales were obviously lower at the time so comparing to current day albums where you can buy them worldwide at decent prices is a different story to back then when you could only import then for crazy prices.
