Whats up with everyone doing jump rope, makes me feel like a casual. I only do some squats, push ups, abs every couple days. I also go out to run for around 15-20 minutes
-
I used to run before a leg injury, now I'm a lazy fuck.
-
tried? yes. failed? also yes.
unless you count dancing to twice choreos in my kitchen-
-
if exercise is like this then yes
-
as much as i hate exercising but because i enjoy eating a lot, i do a lot of jogging
-
sometimes i do at least 30 minutes of dance choreo, usually k-pop. because of covid too so i tend to stay inside. i do lift some weights. i like going on walks that are at least 1 hour long. sometimes if i have access to a treadmill, i incline walk until i burn at least 300 Calories. sprinting for a minute long just to increase my speed and stamina. it feels great when i'm done with my workout but it's exhausting.

Yes. A combination of weightlifting and cardio at the gym. And the occasional jump rope or kpop dance. I do my best to keep up with exercising.
