HOW GROUP ORDERS WORK

• Group orders for limited badges can be commissioned for a comeback.
• Users can sign up for pre-orders to get a discounted price and increase the chances of getting a badge made.
• There are 2 types of badge options to pre-order: Full-Length (all members included in one badge) and Individual Members.

Full Length

Individual Member

• Slots are unlimited and more slots filled means bigger discounts.
• If individual member badges are desired, at least 5 slots for EACH member must be filled.
• If all slots can't be filled, users are able to purchase multiple slots in order for the badge(s) to be made if desired.
• The more slots that are filled, the bigger discount we will all collectively receive.

HOW TO PRE-ORDER

• See the second post of this thread for active petitions.
• Comment in this thread reserving the slots you desire.
• Individual member badge slots will be listed as an option, but are less likely to be made since more slots need to be filled.
• If a second full-length badge is desired, we can collect funds for a second badge as well.
• Any additional bonus and/or full-length badges for one comeback will be discussed by the badge team upon reviewing petitions. It will probably be best to state if we want any additional badges (from a trailer, track video, etc.) in our petition. So feel free to express any desires for additional badges here so we can collectively discuss what we all want.

PRICING

Depending on how many slots are filled, pre-order discounts are as follows:

Full-length LE badge: 750-950 (regular price 1000 )

Individual member LE badge: 500-700 (regular price: 750 )

Bonus LE badge: 500 (set price)

Extra badges like bonuses and or other additional badges are decided by staff after petitions are submitted.

The minimum number of sign ups (10 for regular, 5 for individual) gets you 50 akorns off the full price.

After that, every additional sign up gets 10 more akorns off for everyone on the list, for a maximum of 250 akorns off the full price.

Ex: For a full-length badge, 11 people means 60 akorns off for everyone, 12 people means 70 akorns off for everyone, and so on.

HOW TO PAY

• Once slots are filled and the petition is submitted, payment will be collected on the 1st week of the following month.
• Final prices with discounts will be calculated after the petition is finalized, this will depend on how many slots are filled. We will tag everyone with the badge(s) they ordered and the finalized price.
• Send payment to NeoCityBank and comment in this thread with the amount you deposited so we have a secondary record of transaction.
• Accepted petitions will be announced by the 3rd week of the month. If our petition was not accepted, you will be refunded and we can discuss potentially resubmitting.

IF YOU DON'T HAVE ENOUGH FUNDS

If you are serious and interested, please reserve a slot, as pre-order prices will be cheaper than they will be on the release date. Events will not take place until a month after the petition's submission, so there should be ample time to earn akorns. If you still can't afford a badge when the event occurs, NeoCityBank may help with the remaining akorns you need as long as you pay as much as you can afford. Please keep in mind however, we will probably have a very active year and it may be harder for us to sustain constantly giving away akorns. Users immediately reselling badges purchased with guild donations may be barred from receiving donations in the future. We are willing to donate to NCTzens who genuinely want a badge.

IF YOU DON'T SIGN UP FOR PRE-ORDERS

You will be be able to purchase LE badges during the actual event (if the petition is accepted). However, pre-order prices will come at a discount, and you must pay full price if you did not sign up for the pre-orders.

IF YOU SIGN UP AND CHANGE YOUR MIND

Just let us know if you want to be removed from the petition and we will take you off the list, no problem. If you already made a deposit, we will refund your akorns.
