Why Trains are the new favorite means of transport in KPOP right now ???

Maybe it has a practical reason that trains (specifically commuter trains and metro) are more common than airplanes. Airplanes always have many seats cramped close together, facing either forwards or backwards, which makes the corridor(s) in the middle feel and look narrow. On the other hand, trains can have seats only on the sides, facing each other, which means more free space, and likely makes filming bigger groups easier (because the members can be shown better).

Also trains feel a bit more casual imo. Airplanes are associated with really long distance/international travel, maybe they could be thematically out of place.

Of course, I might be overthinking it.

Because trains are a good way of getting around plus I like trains too.

We didn't have enough money to go by airplane, so we chose the cheapest and safest options. We studied https://www.dbfahrplan.com/de/ and funnily visited the country. It was the best trip we had ever had because we were alone and we met new people and cultures. Perhaps teenagers nowadays love to travel with a minimum budget and have fun.
