I sometimes hate people so much

I got a new simcard for my phone today, but the company I got it from wants you to use an app they made for customer-stuf. I can't log in for whatever reason so I called them 4 times for help and they fail to help me gettin into their stupid app. Lastly they said I should write a e-mail and tell them to get my Login-data or else I will still get the error of not getting loggen in. I so hate this company allready. I actually shose them cause reviews said they would have the best customerservice ... aparently these reviews are a lie or nobody had this loggin problems before... its so bad that they fail in helping a customer to get logged in
