Both are very meh for me tbh. Now, if you had said Money, this would be an easy pick.

I'll go with Lalisa though just because of the MV and her in her traditional Thai garb.

Both were so good, i'd give the edge to Birthday, i think it was a top 20 song for 2019 and best solo song for sure. Lalisa is just a tad below in quality but still a major bop.
