How do I find out this information?

Edit: I googled it! Turns out my sun sign is Aries, my moon sign is Aquarius, and my rising sign is Sagittarius

I have no idea what that means though.

Moon: Cancer

Mercury: Aries

Venus: Taurus

Rising sign: Libra

Sun: Aquarius

Moon: Capricorn

Rising: Libra

Sun: cancer

Moon: cancer

Rising: Taurus

Sun Aquarius

Moon Aquarius

Venus Aquarius

Mars Aquarius

Pisces rising

All of these except mars are in the 12th house.

I wouldn't know and imo it doesn't really matter as I don't believe in that stuff.
