Ever stanned someone mainly cuz of their looks?

well... not solely but sometimes their looks catch my attention first, then I get into them more because of their personality and talent.

But looks do help sometimes... I'm not gonna lie about that

Just looks no.

Of course the looks help in choosing but music and overall personalities is what draws me the most to groups.

never solely because of looks but they do play a bit part in it...

Nah. But I can say that looks and pretty or hot things attract my attention. For example, I once saw on twitter a very hot pic of a hot actress from Sex Education so went to check up these series and ended up loving it and watching them whole, but at the same time I didn't even try to check that actress filmography. Smth like this.

It's different for k-content tho, cause basically idols' looks are not really on the hot spectrum for me no matter how much they lift up their shirts, do 'sexy' faces and grind on stage and since my opinion about idols' talents is on the very low their looks rarely can move me to do anything, I mostly check smth from other idols (who are not BTS) just out of simple curiosity when I am bored and have nothing else to do. Situation with actors is a lil different but still I am rarely attracted to watch smth just cause of looks, like, I can right now remember only one example: I multiple times saw stunning pics of an actress from It's ok not to be ok, the plot wasn't something interesting but besides beautiful pics of that actress I also knew that she is very good at her job (saw another dorama with her) so I ended up watching it on 2x speed as bgm and indeed enjoyed her gorgeous looks and outfits.

Not really. When I stan a group I really need to be able to form connection with them, to enjoy most of their discography and to like watching their content to even be able to call myself a fan. So if I can't do all that with the prettiest group of people then all I will do is admire them and that's all

It wasn't the reason I stanned but I remember seeing a picture of Christian and I thought he was hot but I didn't know who he was (the funny thing is I already had all of his and DPR Lives songs on my playlist but I didn't know Christian Yu was DPR Ian lol)

Then this video was recommended to me on youtube and I had a major crush on him

The funny thing is So Beautiful was my favourite and most listened to song at that time and I still didn't connect the dots and I kept watching youtibe videos of Christian Yu without knowing he was DPR Ian

I then got into DPR Live and actually stanned him and that's when I realised DPR Ian and Christian Yu were the same person. I listened to more of DPR's music after that and that's when I began to stan all of them hardly and they became my ults.

So I don't know if you can say visuals were the reason for me liking them because I didn't realise the person I found hot was the same person who had my favourite music in 2020 lol
