I hate it when really rich people act relatable

  • No, I don’t mean that one personin school that wears some brand clothes.

I talk about people like the Ace family or plenty of celebrities who cried about having to stay 24/7 in their 8-room mansions while covid. Let people live - yes but when celebrities are obviously disconnected with their audience it is painful. There is a good video about this by Drew Gooden and honestly I agree

  • i have a really rich friend and he's always been relatable though

i think people typecast others way too much for little things and forget that at the end of the day, all humans are kind of wired similar and have similar feelings growing up

i think its people that try and act like their inconveniences are the same as people who are actually struggling. like the ace family acting like its terrible to live in their house when they pretty much have things many could only desire to want in their homes for entertainment during times like this.

    i mean

    this is television

irl you have as much chance of running into cringe rich people as relatable rich people

    shouldnt really typecast them

  • It just depends. I personally grew up in a somewhat wealthy family but I’ve always been taught to be self aware as not to come out as arrogant when complaining about certain things. You know like “first world problem” vibes.

What I don’t like is when people aren’t self aware of their own priviledge lifestyle in terms of wealth and make it seem like how they live their life is what’s suppose to be normal in the world.

Like no Karen not everyone has a heated pool at their backyard so don’t say “omg don’t you guys just hate it when your heater breaks down in your pool”. :pepe-sad:

  • Why the fuck does this reminds me of early 2020 as a rich actress was allover the internet like a meme for her mental breakdown cause covid made her eat bread cause her faveourite 5-star restaurant was closed trought lockdown in L.A ?

"Cry cry my fave luxurious restaurant closed cry cry because of lockdown cry cry and now I have to eat bread"

  • Suddenly thinking of when Ellen DeGeneres said about staying home in her mansion or something during the pandemic "It's like a prison."...
